We have tried to wait, to let the wheels of justice move in favor of these animals. We wanted to try to give the agencies in charge a chance to put their lives first, but each time we are patient and hopeful they are failed over and over again.
Melissa dumped these animals in the woods in Tyrone Township on a piece of land owned by her boyfriends family. That is why you saw his TikTok video with animals in the woods saying "they’re happy place". Nothing about this place is happy and Tyrone Township has ordinances in place against this type of hobo operation.
Each day she asks you for money for a down payment. The only thing holding up her purchase is the court case that involves the land owner and the land contract holder. Once that is settled, if it is in the favor of the land contract holder he will sell her the property. The likelihood of this being a bank financed mortgage is slim to none. She will again have a big home to live in with her boyfriend and who knows who else. This will all be paid with donations.
Melissa lies like she breathes. She isn't kind and she most certainly is not an animal advocate. She has moved close to 70 animals in the woods where she took a brush hog and a tractor to clear them an area. It has makeshift fencing and they are left to survive with filthy water, tics, flies and God knows what else.
This is the 3rd time in 7 months that these animals have been picked up and moved because they were no longer allowed to be where they were. And they aren’t allowed to stay here either. Winter is coming! What is the plan?!? Where are Lester and the rest of the cows?
Look at these pictures, are these animals living their best lives?? Is this an animal sanctuary who has taken in millions??
The time has come, call Tyrone Township and demand they step in and save these lives. Call Livingston County Animal Control and tell them to seize these animals. We all can't just sit around because doing your jobs may be difficult. There are rescues and people willing to help. Enough of the excuses and lies.
